Terms and conditions

When you book a ticket for Digital Sport Summit (‘the conference’), you do so subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The full conference fee must be paid at the time of booking
• All conference tickets will be issued electronically
• Attendees who are not able to attend the conference after having booked and paid for a ticket have the following options:
  • Transfer the ticket to another person at no cost by notifying Digital Sport Summit up to 3 business days before the conference
  • Cancel the booking up to 5 business days before the conference and receive a refund of 85% of the ticket price
  • Cancellations less than 5 days before the conference will receive no refund
• Digital Sport Summit is enti­tled to alter the times, dates, itin­er­aries or speak­ers of the con­fer­ence by notice to you at any time. Digital Sport Summit will not be liable for any loss or dam­ages aris­ing from such changes
• Digital Sport Summit reserves the right to cancel the event at any time. Digital Sport Summit will not be liable for any loss or dam­ages aris­ing from this can­cel­la­tion or termination
