It’s a wrap, we’re done for 2010! What a great day it was, and we would like to thank you all for coming, following us on Twitter or just giving us support along the way. A lot of hard work went into it, and we hope we put on a great event for everybody.
The day started off with a fantastic presentation from our keynote speaker Jeramie McPeek on the digital efforts of the Phoenix Suns, and the the high standard of presentations was maintained as the day continued.
Photos
We’ve uploaded the photos we took throughout the day onto Flickr. Have a look through the slideshow – are you in there?
Some highlights across the day were:
- Essendon Football Club telling the audience they needed to have a heart to be involved in digital media
- Nick Marvin from the Perth Wildcats giving us his idea of the level of engagement with the fan from a hand drawn slide (well done Nick!)
- and Harry O’Brien putting some smiles on faces with his improv skills to end the day
Presentations
We also have some of the speakers’ presentations available on Slideshare.
Have a flick through Anthony Harrison’s presentation on the mobile space (below), or check out the other available slideshows.
- Nick Marvin – How management can use social media to their advantage
- Darren ‘ProBlogger’ Rowse: Confessions of a blogger
- Finn Bradshaw – How technology is changing the media landscape
- Alana Fisher – Creating, managing and growing online communities
Video
Some video from the day is available on the Digital Sport Summit YouTube Channel.
